All purchases are non-refundable unless:

1. The gPotato is entirely unused and purchased using PayPal, Google Checkout, and/or Credit card within the past 180 calendar days.

2. If the Member who incurred the subject fees and/or charges can prove that the Member has been victimized by identity theft.
